Is It A Natural Swimming Pond / Pool Or Is It the Centerpiece Of Your Landscape?

We have been reading about the real estate investment value of swimming pools recently.  The articles focused on traditional pools, not natural pools.  The consensus was pools are a good investment in hot climates where they get used most of the year.  We have a similar concept in that natural swimming pools and ponds that are designed for natural beauty are also used year around.  They are used for visual beauty and aesthetics as well as  wildlife and , in our case, fish habitat. 

Thus, to the value of swimming pool equation we will add to the longevity of swimming season, the longevity of the natural beauty season as well as the visiting wildlife season.  In addition to that we add a bonus of the landscape centerpiece for the home or city park or resorts where we build. 

Once you contemplate these sorts of views in your daily life, you will see the real value of natural beauty in the form of streams, ponds and lakes surrounded by the beauty of wildflowers, trees and wildlife.
